1. CHECK-IN
On arrival, Guests must declare the number of family or group member, included children and Pets, and produce a valid identity document for registration. Reception can keep one of the identity documents until the departure. Any change about number of attendances must be communicate to Reception.
2. VISITORS
Visitors are admitted only with the authorization of Reception, after leaving an identity document to Reception. In addition to paying a double rate for the stay, unauthorized attendance will be charged the penalties provided by law and the whole group will be expelled from the campsite.
3. MINORS
Minors are admitted if accompanied by parents or adult relatives. Children must always be supervised by adults in the use of the various facilities and in toilets. Parents are responsible for their children’s behaviour.
4. CAMPING
Pitches and parking spaces are allocated by Reception, which may take into consideration Guests' requests according to availability. It is not allowed change pitch without authorisation. The daily rates of the Camping don’t depend on time of arrival. The day of departure will also be counted if it occurs after 12:00 am.
5. VILLAGE
Accomodation will be delivered at 17:00 of the day of arrive and its must be leaved no later than 10:00 of the day of departure. Guests must communicate any problem at Reception promptly for any maintenance interventions. Guests are responsible for damages. The payment of final cleaning is mandatory and the cost depends on the type of accommodation. In any case, Guests must clean fridge, kitchenette, sink, cooking utensils, otherwise the additional cost will be charged.
6. LIABILITY
Use of the sports and leisure facilities takes place at the user's own risk. Reception shall not be liable for damage to persons or property. Reception shall not be liable for damage caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, domestic and/or wild animals, diseases and epidemics, including of plants, or other causes not due to the negligence of the campsite staff.
The possible interruption of electricity, gas, water supply, or any other service of the campsite due to breakdowns or force majeure, does not commit Reception to compensation for damages or reimbursement of any kind.
7.
PROHIBITIONS AND SAFETY RULES
It is strictly forbidden to light fires on the campsite. The use of a charcoal grill is permitted as long as it does not damage the ground below and the smoke does not disturb neighbours.
It is strictly forbidden to cut plants, even if only branches of existing vegetation, to dig ditches around tents, to pour boiling liquids, detergents or rubbish on the ground and to damage campsite equipment.
It is forbidden to wash cloths or dishes in places other than those designated for this use. It is recommended to always use the right amount of water. Wasting water, especially hot water, is to the detriment of the guests themselves. Sanitary facilities, sinks and showers should be left, after use, in the condition in which one would wish to find them.
The electrical connection to sockets must have the safety features defined by law. Electricity is distributed at 6 amps. It is strictly forbidden to tamper with electrical installations in any way. It is strictly forbidden to empty chemical toilets or waste water containers in toilets or other unsuitable places. It is compulsory to use the chemical toilets located at the campsite toilets. We ask our guests to immediately report to the management anyone who does not comply with the above.
8. QUITE TIME
Silence is mandatory from 00:00 until 7:00 am. During this time, the Camping will be closed and it is forbidden to start cars, motorcycle and go around the campsite and disturbing the quiet with some radio, play, musical instruments and noisy meetings. It is also recommended to respect the afternoon rest time from 14:00 to 16:00 in the same way. Even outside the silent hours, noisy and annoying behaviours are always prohibited that cause disturbance to other Guests.
9. VALUABLES
Every Guests is required to keep his property. Even if there is continuous surveillance of the campsite, the Management does not respond in any case to any losses and/or damage. It is therefore advisable to pay attention to personal effects. Do not to leave them unattended and to take the necessary precautions. Anyone who finds any object in the campsite is required to deliver it to the Management who will return it to its rightful owner.
10. PET FRIENDLY CAMPING
One pet is allowed per accommodation and per pitch always at the discretion of Reception. To ensure the well-being of our guests (people and animals), we have a maximum number of dogs allowed on the campsite at the same time. The effective possibility of staying must always be checked by contacting us before your arrival. Dogs with aggressive syndrome and female dogs in the oestrus (heat) period are always forbidden. Dogs must be vaccinated and kept under strict control by the owners always, who will be responsible for damage to people and/or things. In common areas dogs must always be kept on a leash and their owners are always obliged to pick up their dejections.
11. DOG WALKING AREA
Guests entering the dog walking area must immediately close the gate,
ensuring that it is securely locked and always prevent any dogs present from
escaping during their access. The
owner/handler may enter with his or her dog as long as this is done under his
or her constant control through full, continuous and absolute command over the
animal. The owner/handler is forbidden to enter with dogs that have proven to
be aggressive or dangerous.
In order to avoid any conflicts that cannot be managed safely, each
handler must assess the appropriateness of entering and staying with his or her
own dog, evaluating the behaviour of the other animals present. In any case,
the handler must always carry a muzzle and leash and intervene in case of need,
considering that he/she is always responsible for the well-being, control and
conduct of the animal and is liable both civilly and criminally for damage or
injury to persons, animals and property caused by the animal.
All behaviour must be characterised by respect for the animals and
people present. It is forbidden to feed dogs inside the walking area.
To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the exercise area, dog owners/handlers
must be provided with appropriate equipment for the collection of dog waste and
deposit it in the containers provided in the area. Owners/handlers under 14 years of age may
only enter the area if accompanied by their parents. A maximum of 6 dogs may
enter the area at the same time.
12. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
All waste must be deposited in the appropriate containers (plastic, glass, paper, dry/wet) placed in ecological areas of the campsite. In particular, it is forbidden to abandon waste, to disperse polluting substances in the ground and in the sewers or to introduce bulky substances in the bathrooms and sinks. Guest must always keep the spaces that occupy clean.
Entrance to the campsite implies implicit acceptance and full compliance with these regulations which may be supplemented with other rules that Reception deems appropriate to improve the functioning of the campsite and/or the safety of Guests. Campsite staff is obliged to ensure that these regulations are observed and to report any violations to Reception. Non-compliance with the rules by Guests shall constitute sufficient reason for their expulsion.
