1. CHECK-IN 
Upon arrival, guests must declare the number of family or group members, including children and pets, and present a valid identity document for registration. The reception may retain one of the identity documents until departure. Any changes to the number of participants must be communicated to the reception.

2. VISITORS
Visitors are only permitted with prior authorisation from Reception, upon presentation of identification at Reception. In addition to paying double the rate for their stay, unauthorised visitors will be charged the penalties provided for by law and the entire group will be expelled from the campsite.

3. MINORS
Minors are admitted if accompanied by parents or adult relatives. Children must be supervised by adults at all times when using the various facilities and toilets. Parents are responsible for their children's behaviour.

4. CAMPING
Pitches and parking spaces are allocated by Reception, which may take guests' requests into consideration based on availability. It is not permitted to change pitches without authorisation. Daily campsite rates do not depend on the time of arrival. The day of departure will also be charged if it occurs after 12:00 noon.

5. VILLAGE
Accommodation will be available from 5pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. Guests are required to promptly notify Reception of any problems requiring maintenance. Guests are responsible for any damage. Payment for final cleaning is mandatory and the cost depends on the type of accommodation. In any case, guests must clean the refrigerator, kitchenette, sink and kitchen utensils, otherwise an additional fee will be charged.

6. ​LIABILITY
The use of sports and recreational equipment is at the user's own risk. Reception is not liable for damage to persons or property. Reception is not liable for damage caused by other guests, force majeure, natural disasters, insects, domestic and/or wild animals, diseases and epidemics, including those affecting plants, or other causes not attributable to the negligence of the campsite staff.
Any interruption in the supply of electricity, gas, water or any other campsite service due to breakdowns or force majeure does not oblige the Reception to pay compensation or reimbursement of any kind.

7. PROHIBITIONS AND SAFETY RULES
I​t is strictly forbidden to light fires on the campsite. Charcoal barbecues are permitted provided they do not damage the ground underneath and the smoke does not disturb neighbours.
It is strictly forbidden to cut plants, even just branches of existing vegetation, dig ditches around tents, pour boiling liquids, detergents or waste on the ground and damage campsite equipment.
Washing clothes or dishes in places other than those designated for this purpose is prohibited. It is recommended that you always use the right amount of water. Water wastage, especially hot water, is to the detriment of the guests themselves. Toilets, sinks and showers must be left after use in the condition in which you would like to find them.
Electrical connections to sockets must comply with the safety requirements laid down by law. Electricity is supplied at 6 amps. It is strictly forbidden to tamper with the electrical systems in any way. It is strictly forbidden to empty chemical toilets or waste water containers into toilets or other unsuitable places. It is compulsory to use the chemical toilets located in the campsite's sanitary facilities. We ask our guests to immediately report anyone who does not comply with the above to Reception.

8. QUITE TIME
Silence is mandatory from midnight to 7:00 a.m. During this time, the Camping will be closed and it is forbidden to start cars or motorcycles or to drive around the campsite disturbing the peace with radios, games, musical instruments or noisy gatherings. We also recommend that you respect the afternoon rest period from 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Even outside the hours of silence, noisy and annoying behaviour that disturbs other Guests is always prohibited.

9. VALUABLES
All guests are responsible for looking after their own belongings. Although the campsite is under constant surveillance, Reception cannot be held responsible for any loss and/or damage. We therefore advise you to take care of your personal belongings, not to leave them unattended and to take the necessary precautions. Anyone who finds an item within the campsite is required to hand it in to Reception, which will return it to its rightful owner.

10. ​PET FRIENDLY CAMPING
One pet is allowed per accommodation and per pitch at the discretion of Reception. To ensure the well-being of our guests (people and animals), we have a maximum number of dogs allowed on the campsite at the same time. The effective possibility of staying must always be checked by contacting us before your arrival. Dogs with aggressive syndrome and female dogs in the oestrus (heat) period are always forbidden. Dogs must be vaccinated and kept under strict control by the owners always, who will be responsible for damage to people and/or things. In common areas dogs must always be kept on a leash and their owners are always obliged to pick up their dejections.

11. DOG WALKING AREA
Guests entering the dog walking area must immediately close the gate, ensuring that it is securely locked, and must always prevent dogs from escaping while they are inside. Owners/handlers may enter with their dogs provided they keep them under constant control through complete, continuous and absolute command over the animal. Owners/handlers are prohibited from entering with dogs that have proven to be aggressive or dangerous. In order to avoid conflicts that cannot be safely managed, each handler must assess the appropriateness of entering and remaining with their dog, evaluating the behaviour of the other animals present. In any case, the handler must always carry a muzzle and leash and intervene if necessary, considering that they are always responsible for the welfare, control and conduct of the animal and are civilly and criminally liable for any damage or injury to persons, animals and property caused by the animal.
All behaviour must be respectful of the animals and people present. It is forbidden to feed dogs within the walking area. To ensure the hygiene and cleanliness of the exercise area, dog owners/handlers must be equipped with suitable equipment for collecting dog waste and deposit it in the appropriate containers provided in the area. Owners/handlers under the age of 14 may only access the area when accompanied by their parents. A maximum of 6 dogs are allowed in the area at any one time.

12. RESPECT FOR THE ENVIRONMENT
All waste must be placed in the appropriate bins (plastic, glass, paper, dry/wet) and taken to the campsite's recycling areas. In particular, it is forbidden to leave waste lying around, dispose of pollutants on the ground or in the drains, or put bulky items in the toilets or sinks. Guests must keep the areas they occupy clean at all times.

Entrance to the campsite implies implicit acceptance and full compliance with these regulations which may be supplemented with other rules that Reception deems appropriate to improve the functioning of the campsite and/or the safety of Guests. Campsite staff is obliged to ensure that these regulations are observed and to report any violations to Reception. Non-compliance with the rules by Guests shall constitute sufficient reason for their expulsion.  We thank you for your cooperation and we wish you a pleasant stay at Camping Village San Michele.
