By staying at our campsite, you will be within walking distance of some of the most beautiful beaches between Vieste and Peschici, each with its own unique character and all within easy walking distance. Sfinalicchio, a coastal gem that stands out for the majestic presence of its Saracen Tower. Crovatico is the haven of peace that even during the busiest periods offers moments of peace and relaxation. Spiaggia Stretta is a corner of paradise that will enchant you with its wild charm and unspoilt nature. Finally, there is the Chianca beach, characterised by the presence of a small island where an authentic
Trabucco
finds its home.
Situated only 150 metres from the campsite, it can be reached via a dirt path that can be walked along. It is almost 1 km long, has a gently sloping sandy bottom and possesses a wild charm due to the vegetation that surrounds it. On the western ridge, an ancient watchtower erected between 1568 and 1569 is clearly visible.
The beach, which was awarded the Blue Flag for its clean, crystal-clear water and services, is partly free and partly served by establishments with beach umbrella, sunbed and deckchair hire, bars and toilets.
With fine sand and shallow water, it is one of the most suitable bays for your children, who will be able to play in the water in peace and quiet and will love to go in search of the most unusual shells. At sundown, your eyes will be enchanted by the sight of the warm colours of unique and different sunsets every day!
Situated only 350 metres from the campsite, Crovatico Beach is easily accessible on foot through the entrance to the campsite or via a short, enchanting path on the rocks amidst vegetation and breathtaking views. Enclosed by two small promontories with a shallow sandy seabed, it is ideal for families with children. The beach is partly free and partly equipped.
About 750 metres away from the campsite you will find a little gem. The Stretta Beach, also known as 'La Duna', with fine sand and shallow water. It is nestled between thick vegetation and rock, at the foot of a sand dune. You can enjoy the tranquillity of a wild beach, devoid of services but with a unique charm! The beach is in fact totally free and is difficult to access by car as there is no parking. Camping guests can easily reach it on foot or by bicycle.
Another noteworthy bay is La Chianca, located 1350 metres from the campsite. Its peculiarity lies in the presence of an islet of the same name that can be reached on foot on days when the tide is low and is surrounded by dense vegetation. An excellent backdrop for memorable photos. There is also a bathing establishment with beach umbrella, sunbed and deckchair hire, bar and toilet facilities.
